History of the apparition of the Virgin of Lanus
Marcia was born on February 22, 1983, in Lanus, Buenos Aires Province, in the bosom of the Catholic family made up of her parents and an older brother, Matias, who was born seven years later. The two children were baptized the year they were born and received First Communion and the Sacrament of Confirmation.
Marcia's life unfolded like that of any girl of her age until she was ten years old, when she received her first visit from three Angels, who appeared before her in her room at nightfall. They remained there silently for a short time and then disappeared. From then on, she began to see Angels somewhat regularly, especially while in Churches adoring the Lord in the Tabernacle.
Around a year after the first visit from these celestial beings, there appeared to her an Angel who spoke to her and introduced himself as her Guardian Angel. Marcia sees him as a beautiful winged youth, tall, with medium-length brown hair, wearing a white tunic with a matching cord around his waist. From then on she would always see him at her side accompanying her. After a time, she receives a visit from another Angel, also very beautiful, who greets her saying: "I am Saint Michael the Archangel, Prince of the heavenly host." Saint Michael speaks to Marcia about "following the path"; in that moment she does not understand the significance of that phrase, but she remained always obedient to Saint Michael's Words and the directions of her Guardian Angel, who went on lovingly instructing her in the faith, bringing her closer to prayer and to the Church.
Archangel Michael appeared in the guise of a young man, apparently around fourteen years old. He has no wings and is not too tall, with long, straight, black hair. He wears a loose tunic that reaches his feet, his skin is light and his eyes are large and intensely blue; he always remains standing, with his head upright, and she only sees him kneel before the Lord and the Virgin Mary.
During this whole period in which Marcia, fifteen years old, and instructed by the Angels, is incorporating into her life the importance of Holy Mass, of the Sacraments, of the living presence of Jesus in the Eucharist, she receives the Sacrament of Confirmation, and in that moment understands the words Saint Michael had spoken to her before about "Following the path..." This path was none other than "the path that leads to God fulfilling his Holy Will."
First apparitions of the Virgin
After she had turned sixteen, on July 21, 1999, at 7 in the morning, Marcia hears a very sweet female voice who speaks to her, calling for repentance and conversion. She writes this down without knowing from where or who it came.
One week later, on July 29, 1999, as night was falling, she is returning with her family from a visit to San Nicolas de los Arroyos in her father's truck. She begins to feel chest palpitations, strong and growing stronger. It was the first time this had happened to her. Suddenly, with her eyes closed, she saw a great flash of very white light. At first she didn't give this detail much importance, thinking it was from the light inside the car turning on.
This strange flash happened again and when she opened her eyes, to her surprise she saw in front of her a Lady of unequalled beauty, lovely, luminous and smiling, standing above a cloud. The Lady had on a white tunic without seams, a very large blue mantle and a belt of the same color as the mantle under her breast.
Her hair was very long, brown and slightly wavy, her skin very light and her eyes large, blue and expressive. She was surrounded by golden light and her head was crowned by a halo with five stars (whose significance she would reveal later, saying they represented the five continents). In the center of her chest shone her Immaculate Heart and the Holy Spirit in the form of a dove of light which fluttered around It.
This silent apparition lasted only a few moments, disappearing along with the palpitations that had preceded it. Marcia believed she had hallucinated and decided not to tell anyone about it. Despite this, she began searching santerias [(places that sell religions icons etc)] for a print representing the Lady she had seen, supposing her to be the Virgin. She only found one image like the one she had seen, which shows Mary in the invocation of "Immaculate Spouse of the Holy Spirit." It was similar but not exactly like the Lady that had appeared to her, so she decided not to keep looking. On August 16, 1999, at 9:30 in the morning, Marcia was in bed when she began to feel, as in the first apparition, the palpitations in her chest, and like that time, she saw the flash of very white light at the foot of her bed. And in the middle of that distinctive light, that most beautiful Lady appeared again, smiling at her. So Marcia, curious and very nervous, asked her: "You're Mary, aren't you?" To which the Lady replied: Yes, I am Saint Mary of the Holy Spirit
and added: You will pray the Holy Rosary every day to convert hearts.
And after discussing other things with the visionary, she said goodbye: I return to Heaven.
Here the Blessed Virgin asks the girl, among other things, to make Her Invocation, along with her messages, known to the world.
Marcia understood that this was the moment to talk to her family about this wonderful thing that was happening to her. They gave her complete support and have accompanied her unconditionally since then.
Since this kind of event must be submitted from the beginning to the discretion of our Holy Church, Marcia, accompanied by her mother, goes to tell everything to the Priest of the Parish she belonged to then. The Father heard her very attentively, advising her to continue with the necessary caution without disregarding the Virgin's requests.
In time Our Lady began to appear regularly at the visionary's house, giving her messages with the intention that in turn she would convey them to all of her children.
On November 4, 1999, the Blessed Virgin asked in one of the messages that her invocation be made known to the whole world. On November 7, 1999, the day of Mary, Mediator of all Graces, she made her first public apparation (to be clear, only Marcia saw and heard her) at 9:50 in the morning in the Church, thereby beginning Her Mission as God's messenger and our Mother.
There were various apparitions in the parish church, and it was then that some difficulties arose around the manifestations of the Blessed Virgin. She herself confided to Marcia in a message that these difficulties "pained Her Heart greatly and saddened her profoundly," to the point that Marcia saw her cry in pain as she left the place, in a final apparition.
Nevertheless, nothing and no one could stop this Mother who came looking for her dear children with such great love. This is why she asked Marcia to look for an open space, someplace where everyone could come without restrictions. This place is what is known today as the little plaza, and there the Blessed Virgin meets her children on the 7th day [of the month]. She herself called this corner, blessed by her presence, the Place to meet God.
From then on, every seventh day at 5:00 p.m. we gather to pray the Holy Rosary, fraternally united under the love of Mary, who filled this place with a very special peace.
We have received many graces, from conversions to healings of the body and soul; many see and experience divine signs in the sky like the Dance of the Sun or the smell of roses and incense. All of these are gifts from God to sharpen our sometimes fragile faith.
The public apparitions in this little plaza ended on November 7, 2001 (the second anniversary of the date on which She asked to be made known to all of her children). The same Virgin has said that her retreat is only physical and that spiritually she will always be waiting for us to come pray with her and that Graces will continue to rain down from Heaven as they have until now.
While indeed the apparitions in the plaza have ended, the Virgin continued and continues to visit the visionary at her house, always with messages, now of a personal nature. At the Virgin's request the public messages ended on December 8, 2001.
At the Blessed Virgin's request we are making known Her messages from July 21, 2002, 2003 and 2004, the date she first spoke, as well as November 7, 2005. She asked that a series of messages and visions that Marcia received, but which had remained secret until this moment, be made public.
A very special Grace
At this point our Mother, in another display of her immeasurable love for her children, surprises Marcia with a message, on September 11, 2006, in which she announces three new apparations in the plaza, in her "Place to meet God." Apparitions that would take place over the next three years, on November 7 of 2006, 2007 and 2008, thereby reinforcing the Mother's presence among us, a special Grace obtained from God for the conversion and salvation of our souls.
First manifestations of Our Lord
In the course of the first apparitions of the Blessed Virgin, Marcia also received visits from Our Lord Jesus Christ.
The first apparition happened in her bedroom, on November 9, 1999, as she was getting ready for bed. Already lying down at 11:30 p.m., the Lord Jesus appeared at the foot of her bed. Dressed in a white tunic with a cord around the waist, also white, he had his arms outstretched and came to give her the good news that his Mother would remain among us. Then he vanished.
The words and visits from Our Lord Jesus were sporadic from that moment until the year 2001, the year that our Lord began giving Marcia messages, messages that contain a very profound message to grow in faith, in surrender to and love of God; in which he asks us to return to the Holy Catholic Church, His Church, and to live our Faith surrendered to Him; to his Holy Will. Jesus has also given Marcia some prophetic messages in which he advises us that we must be spiritually prepared for what is to come. Always with a tone of authority and love which takes away our fear, inviting us to give him our heart.
When Marcia sees our Lord, she feels a great joy. When she describes him she says he is very serious, although sometimes he doesn't seem that way. His voice is deep but soft at the same time.
Marcia says that the Lord is tall; his hair is brown, long, wavy and neat. His face has a mustache and a beard parted in the middle, his expression shows serenity, tenderness and infinite compassion and his gaze is so deep that it shakes what it sees and gives the impression that nothing escapes it.
She usually sees him dressed in a white tunic, belted at the wast with a cord of the same color and wearing a red mantle over his left shoulder which crosses him at hip level. In his chest is his Heart encircled with thorns, which sometimes bleeds. His left hand delicately gestures towards it while he blesses by lifting his right hand.
The bleeding wounds are visible on both hands. Both the Virgin Mary and the Lord Jesus, on certain dates for the Church, come dressed all in white.
The Lord Jesus' public messages also ended in December of 2001, although he continues to give the visionary messages of a personal nature, some of which are to be made known publicly in accordance with his request.
The messages
In their messages, the Lord and the Virgin have developed a whole pedagogy toward the salvation of our soul, with a simple, precise language, full of mercy and tenderness. Among other things, they ask that we keep the commandments, that we pray for conversions, world peace, for the sick, the dying and the souls in Purgatory. They also ask that we pray and meditate on the twenty mysteries of the Holy Rosary. They ask on repeated occasions that we fast on bread and water on Wednesdays and Fridays. They teach us that praying the Holy Rosary is the most powerful weapon against the Enemy and that fasting has the power to stop wars and suspend the laws of nature. The Lord asks us especially that we make his Face known to everyone and that we make his Gospel known to the whole world. As the Virgin says, Those Sacred texts contain all of the answers to your questions.
The Lord and the Virgin give us a special mission over the course of the messages, in which they ask that we make the Holy Mass the center of our lives, participating with devotion and respect, and especially that we recognize the real and true presence of Jesus Christ in the Eucharist. They advise us that we should not communicate with our hands, as they hurt Him, not being consecrated to touch Him as the hands of priests are.
The Lord and the Blessed Mother stress and desire that the priestly office be respected, as She herself says priests are "Her favorite children."
The Crown of 5 Stars
The Virgin Mary has revealed the meaning of the 5 stars of Her crown in one of her messages: they are the Five continents, which she means to reach with her message of conversion. This shows us the magnitude of the mission which God, through Mary, seeks to complete for the salvation of souls, starting in this corner of this blessed country.
The Cenacle
There is a group of people of various ages and different sexes who with a lot of Faith and submission, accompany Marcia, assembled after the request of the Blesses Virgin that it meet in the Cenacle regularly to pray, meditate and make the work of circulating and humbly carrying out the requests of our Mother possible.
This group's mission is Evangelization and especially making known the third person of the Most Holy Trinity, The Holy Spirit, principal characteristic of this Marian Invocation, known to the world, and as such also make known this invocation of our Blessed Mother, which until now was unknown to everyone.
The Cenacle has its own life, made up of prayer, healing, consecration and consolation to the pained Hearts of our Lord Jesus Christ and our Blessed Virgin Mary. The plaza of the apparitions is also the "Great Cenacle," which, assembled by this Mother, meets every 7th day in one prayer and one heart to ask and to give thanks, to heal and to console, but especially to grow in Faith in, submission to and Love of Jesus Christ, our Lord.
The messages from the Lord Jesus and the Blessed Mother are here at the disposal of whoever might need them.
We submit this account that we have set down to the authority of the Holy, Roman, Catholic and Apostolic Church whenever required.
"In my maternal form I am: Daughter of the Father, Mother of the Son and Spouse of the Blessed Holy Spirit; so, entrust yourselves to my care and you will be happy."
Along with the 10th anniversary of the apparitions of our Mother in Lanus, beginning on October 7, 2009, we have the grace of celebrating Holy Mass in the "Place to Meet God," for the blessing of everyone who gathers there. This holy place has become a crucible of conversions given that every 7th day of the month thousands of people are reconciled to God through the Sacrament of Confession, fulfilling thereby the words our Mother spoke on January 9, 2000: I say to you, pray, pray, pray. You will have your greatest sign when sinners convert. Amen, amen, amen.
The cenacle has published a guide for those interested in responding to the request of the Virgin Mary to form new cenacles of prayer under her patronage and spirituality. "My dear children:
I am happy to see you all gathered here in prayer. You are really very important to Me. Today I especially ask you to form prayer groups. The world is stained with sin. I ask you all to be the light that illuminates the places in this world where my other children live in darkness. Because of this, my children, ask the Holy Spirit to purify your hearts, that you may bring the Light of the Lord to the world.
Dear children, I love you! Thank you, my dears, for listening to me. I bless you with my Love.
Amen, amen. June 7, 2001.

Oh Immaculate Mary! You who have found Favor in the eyes of the Almighty and conceived the Son of God in your most Pure womb by the Holy Spirit-- Pray for us, that we may imitate your virtues.
Intercede so that God may send us the Holy Spirit, purify our stained hearts and fill us with joy, love and peace, that we may be lighted torches that proclaim the living word to our brothers and sisters. Pray for our families, that each one of us may have a humble heart like your own, and that your Son Jesus may be the King of our life. Mother, who sought to come to us and be called Saint Mary of the Holy Spirit, help us that our conversion may grow ever more for the Glory of our Good God. Amen.
